iStock_000001924557SmallThe programs and activities governing the form of worship of the Mission Consortium of Churches International Inc., shall be based upon the creeds and beliefs that have withstood the test of time, going back to the Day of Pentecost which is the origin of the Church/the Body of Christ and its principles in which we adapt.

1. We believe in the gospel of Jesus Christ and a apostolic doctrine for His Church.
2.) We believe that he died on the cross for our sins.
3.) We also believe that holy scriptures are the inspired Word of God and that the Bible is without error (inerrant). (I Thessalonians 2:13; II Timothy 3: 16; II Peter1: 21).

2. We believe in the Trinity which is a part of the Godhead: God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. The three in one and one in three.(Matthew 3:10-17; John 1: 1, 14; John 14: 28; John 15: 26’ John 16: 28, Philippians 2: 6).

3. We believe in the Genesis man, his fall and redemption: Man is a created being, made in the image of God. (Romans 3: 9-10, 23; Romans 5: 12; Galatians 3: 13-14; I John 3: 8).

4. We Believe in Eternal Life and the New Birth: The New Birth is necessary and when fulfilled, it produces eternal life (John 3: 3-5; II Corinthians 7: 10; I John 5: 12).

5. We Believe in Water Baptism: The ordinance is a symbol of the Christians identification with Jesus Christ death and resurrection (Matthew 22: 19; Acts 8: 36-39; Romans 6: 4; Colossians 2: 12).

6. We Believe is Sanctification: The doctrine of sanctification is a progressive work of grace (I Corinthians 1:30; II Corinthians 3: 18; Philippians 3:12-14; I Thessalonians 5: 23; Hebrews 12: 14; II Peter 3: 18).

7. We Believe in the Baptism of the Holy Spirit: That it Is a gift from God and it is received at the new birth (ST. Matthew 3: 11, ST. Mark 16: 17; ST. John 14: 16-17; Acts 1: 8; Acts 2: 4, 38, 39; Acts 19: 1-7).

8. We Believe in Divine Healing: Because of the shed blood of our Lord Jesus Christ our sins are atonement for by Him (Isaiah 53: 4-6; James 5: 14; I Peter 2: 24).

9. We Believe in the Resurrection and Return of the Lord: The Bible teaches that the dead in Christ shall rise first and the Lord Jesus shall return to earth as King of Kings and Lord of Lords with all His Saints (Acts 1:10-11; I Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20: 6).

10. We believe Eternal Retribution: That is to say if a person should die without Christ in their life there is no further opportunity for them to hear the gospel of repentance (Hebrews 6: 12; Hebrews 9:27; Revelation 19: 20).

11. We believe in partaking in the Lord’s Supper and Holy Communion as He instructed us showing the Lord’s death until he comes (I Corinthians 11: 23-31; II Corinthians 11: 28-30).

12. We believe in the Laying on of Hands: It is our belief that the power and anointing of God can be transmitted from one person touching another (Mark 10: 13-16; Mark 5: 22-23; Acts 19: 11-12; Acts 28: 8; I Timothy 4: 14).

13. We believe in justification: Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with through our Lord Jesus Christ. By whom we also have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. (Romans 5:1-2).
